Start to build Phan Thiet – Dau Giay expressway at the end of 2019

Thang Long Project Management said that the unit has submitted to the Ministry of Transport and Communications to approve the feasibility study report Phan Thiet-Dau Giay Expressway Project, belonging to the project of high road North East of the 2017-2020 period in the form of PPP.

Accordingly, Phan Thiet-Dau Giay expressway with the starting point on National Highway 1A to My Thanh of Binh Thuan province, the end point connected to the HCM City-Long Thanh-Dau Giay Expressway. In particular, the highway length is 99km, the route connecting from highways to Highway 1A is 2.6km.

The route is planned with 6 lanes, design speed is 120 km / h. Phase 1, the project will build 4 lanes, width 25-27m. Total investment of phase 1 of the project is VND18,139 billion. Of which, the construction cost is VND 11,012 billion.

In return, the investor was paid a price of VND 1,500 / km / PCU with a 12% / 3 year increase in price over a period of 17 years and 1 month.

According to the management board of Thang Long, if approved by the Ministry of Transport, the project will begin to select investors from the second quarter of 2019. Construction starts at the end of 2019 and completed after 36 months of construction. .
