After listening to the opinions of the parties, Mr. Dam Quang Hung asked Phuong Trang Company to suspend the construction work on the land that the company is dealing with customers under the deposit contract sale real estate was signed.

The leader of Lien Chieu District assigned the Urban Management Department, the District Urban Rules Inspection Team and related units to inspect, supervise and advise the district People’s Committee to take timely measures if the investor fails to comply. Lien Chieu District People’s Committee Chairman also asked the concerned households to work directly with the investor to resolve their interests. There should not be law-breaking acts such as crowded gatherings ever occur.
