This route now has many shophouses, shop displays and kiosks, dense shops. Rental rates on this street are also classified as expensive, averaging $ 50-60 per square meter, just behind Nguyen Hue and Dong Khoi streets.
Le Anh Xuan Street has no remarkable iconic buildings, nestled in a more humble space. The length of this street is from the intersection with Ly Tu Trong Street, Le Thanh Ton Street to Pham Hong Thai Street, a few minutes of walking from Ben Thanh Market. This is the hotel’s yellow line from 2-3 stars, mini hotel as well as small and medium-sized buildings developed from the street frontage.
Le Anh Xuan street
