As part of HCMC’s Ring Road 3 planning, the Swan Bay project will fulfill its mission of becoming part of the satellite city for the city in the future.

As planned, Ring Road 3 of the city has a total length of 97.7 km. Road sections passing through the following localities: Ho Chi Minh City, Dong Nai, Binh Duong and Long An with six lanes of traffic and two emergency lanes. Estimated total investment of the project is VND 55,805 billion.

The Ring Road 3 project is divided into 4 phases of construction, each phase will complete the corresponding items:

  • Section 1: Binh Chuan – Tan Van section, length 16.7 km.
  • Section 2: Tan Van – Nhon Trach section, length 34.3 km, passing through the territory of Dong Nai and Ho Chi Minh City.
  • Section 3: National Highway 22 – Binh Thuan is 19.1km long, passing through Binh Duong and Ho Chi Minh City.
  • Section 4: Ben Luc section – National highway 22, 28.9 km long, passing through Ho Chi Minh City and Long An province.
