Earlier, the Ho Chi Minh City Real Estate Association (HoREA) had sent a written request to the People’s Committee of Ho Chi Minh City to “beg for forgiveness” for the project but it did not be accepted.
HCMC People’s Committee issued Decision No. 2496 / QD-XPVPHC sanctioning administrative violations of construction activities of investors. Accordingly, TDS must remove the violation and pay a penalty of 1 billion.
Ho Chi Minh City People’s Committee said that this is a serious violation of the construction, the city chose to do “court points” for coercion.
