TDS Has Dismantled Billion – Dolar Violations Of Thao Dien Sapphire Project

Information from the staff of the Urban Order Management Department in District 2, said that TDS Joint Stock Company (TDS), owner of Thao Dien Sapphire project, has completely dismantled the area in the violation of the Saigon River and Ong Hoa canal, with a total area of 1,396.64 sm.

Earlier, the Ho Chi Minh City Real Estate Association (HoREA) had sent a written request to the People’s Committee of Ho Chi Minh City to “beg for forgiveness” for the project but it did not be accepted.

HCMC People’s Committee issued Decision No. 2496 / QD-XPVPHC sanctioning administrative violations of construction activities of investors. Accordingly, TDS must remove the violation and pay a penalty of 1 billion.

Thao Dien Sapphire project in Thao Dien Ward, District 2, called by the name “a luxury residence”. The project is licensed to build 30 three-story villas, offered for sale from 45 billion to more than 100 billion per unit.
