Thai Lan Investors Get To Know Vietnam Stock Market

The program “Introducing Vietnam’s stock market and visiting listed companies” for the Thai Investors Association organized by Saigon Securities Inc. (SSI) took place last weekend.

The program attracted nearly 100 investors from Thailand and the type listed companies in Vietnam. During the trip to Vietnam, the delegation gathered nearly 100 Thai investors, mostly private investors with high income and had a long time investment in the Thai stock market. More than half of them were getting first-time access to information about Vietnam’s stock market, while others have yet to make an investment decision and some have experienced trading in the Vietnamese market in about 2 years.

The seminar also brought together a number of Vietnamese enterprises listed on the stock market, including Hoang Quan Real Estate Company (HoSE: HQC). HQC has welcomed Thai investors to visit and work in the office while visiting the two social housing projects HQC Plaza and Golden King Office Building by the company investment and cooperation investment.

Thai Lan investor — Thai investors have expressed confidence and optimism with the Vietnamese stock market and excited about the investment opportunities in Vietnam, promising to bring huge profits to investors.

Truong Anh Tuan, Chairman of the Board of Directors – General Director of Hoang Quan Real Estate Company, said that although profit margins of the social housing business are not as high as other segments, this is a sustainable and humane development strategy of the Company, capable of bringing long-term and stable returns to the Company, shareholders and investors. To date, Hoang Quan has been implementing 15 social housing projects with VND 10,000 billion of investment capital, supplying 15,000 apartments in all provinces in the South.

Prior to the development strategy of Hoang Quan Real Estate Company, Thai investors were very interested and asked many questions to find out more about company information, operating situation, projects which the Company invested and oriented in the next phase, revenue structure, product profit margin…
