Signature Tower (Jakarta, Indonesia): 111 floors / 638m height / expected completion in 2021

Tomy Winata Billionaire, owner of Indonesia’s Winata Group and MGM Hospitality of the United States co-built the tallest 638m building in Jakarta.

This 111-storey building, known as the “Signature Tower,” will be the world’s fifth-largest building, including a hotel and convention center with a total floor area of 15,000 sqm, with a capacity of 6,000P  people, high-end retail stores, 290 luxury rooms “Bellagio Hotel” on the top 20 floors. The project was started in July 2012 and is expected to be completed in 2021.

The 118-storey Merdeka PNB118 tower complex was developed by PNB Merdeka Ventures Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Rama IX Super Tower (Bangkok, Thailand): 125 floors / 615m height / expected completion in 2021

At a height of 615m, the complex will comprise 125 stories and is superior to the Kuala Lumpur’s Petronas Twin Towers, which is currently the tallest tower in the region.
