The cooperation between SonKim Land, Vietcombank and the National Lottery Joint Stock Company promises to maximize the strengths of each party in the development of the project Thu Thiem Metropole.
Recently, Quoc Loc Phat Joint Stock Company and Son Kim Real Estate Joint Stock Company (SonKim Land) and Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Foreign Trade (Vietcombank) signed a strategic cooperation agreement, The Metropole Project in Thu Thiem New Urban Area (District 2, Ho Chi Minh City).
Thu Thiem new urban area will be the residence for 145,000 people and is the workplace for 217,000 workers, when completed will contribute to the city. Ho Chi Minh City became a modern city in the region. This plan is contributing to the formation of residential areas, centers, commercial and recreational activities.
The Metropole Thu Thiem is a project assigned by the City to Quoc Loc Phat Company in accordance with Decision No. 3652 / QĐ-UBND by the end of 2016. The project will be developed on 4 land lots with a total area of 8 hectares and total approximately VND7,300 billion, focusing on the high-end customer segment with a design that meets the criteria of sustainable development and energy savings.
The design of The Metropole Project is inspired by the design of Barangaroo (Sydney), East Circular Quay (Sydney) and will be localized to best suit the Vietnamese context and culture.
The project promises to be a new destination for the Saigon people, especially for those who love urban lifestyle as attractive as in New York, London or Sydney.

Loc Phat is an investor of the project with strong financial strength as well as investment capital from foreign shareholders. Loc Phat has approved the legal procedures and approved the land allocation, investment in the project and has fulfilled financial obligations for the land plots in the project.
