Previously, many customers buy apartments at The Garden project (Tan Ky Tan Quy street, Tan Phu district) has given feedback that the investor wants to “split” two-storey commercial center to build Officetel.
According to Nguyen Ba Sang, this project is invested by Nakyco JSC (Nakyco) and An Gia Invest is the project development co-operative. Therefore, An Gia Invest has the responsibility to protect the legitimate interests of customers, Nakyco wants to turn the trade center on the first and second floors into Officetel, the Department of Construction of Ho Chi Minh City requires the investor to ask for opinions of residents, if 100% of residents agree to do so.
It is known that the whole project The Garden has nearly 400 apartments with 15 floors, of which the first and second floors are commercial centers and from the third floor and above is the apartment.
