The agreement on the construction of the Red River crossing connecting Lao Cai and Yunnan was agreed at the five-city economic corridor cooperation meeting in Hanoi, Hai Phong, Quang Ninh and Lao Cai provinces. and Yunnan held on November 22, 2017.
