The Government Will Issue A New Land Price Bracket In The Second Quater Of 2019

A series of important directions in running the economy was assigned by the Government to ministries in the Resolution No. 11/2017 of the Party Central Committee.

In line with the new land price, the Government will approve the plan of public land management in the first quarter of 2016 in a transparent, effective manner.

The Government has just issued the Action Program to implement Resolution No. 11/2017 of the 5^th Plenum of the Party Central Committee, 12^th  term on perfecting the socialist-oriented market economy.

Accordingly, the Government identifies 8 major tasks and solutions for the implementation of Resolution 11, including important issues such as: the Government assigns ministries, ministerial-level agencies, agencies attached to the Government, People’s Committees Provinces and centrally-run cities shall continue to comprehensively and drastically support and develop enterprises by 2020, improve the business environment and raise the national competitiveness.

Public land management is transparent, effective

For clear and urgent tasks, in line with the contents of Resolution No 11-NQ / TW, no additional schemes should be prepared, immediately implemented, ensuring timely and effective implementation.

To further improve the institutional structure of ownership and development of various economic sectors and types of enterprises, the Government shall assign the Ministry of Planning and Investment to assume the prime responsibility and coordinate with the concerned ministries and branches in expeditiously studying, promulgating and submitting legal documents guiding the implementation of the Law on Support of SMEs in 2017-2018; To formulate policies to support enterprises and cooperatives; To formulate a scheme on perfecting the public investment management regime;

The Ministry of Finance shall coordinate with the concerned agencies completed the institutional mechanisms to promote the implementation of the restructuring of state enterprises, focused review and propose amendments to provisions Law on the state budget, public debt, management of public assets, ensuring strict management and effective use of public assets.

Notably, the Government assigned the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment shall coordinate with the concerned agencies to review, adjust land price framework that the Government issued in quarter 2/2019. Develop a project to improve public land management in the direction of publicity, transparency, and efficiency, and submit it to the Government in the first quarter of 2019.

About perfecting the synchronous development of the market factors and the smooth operation of this kind of market, the Ministry of Finance shall coordinate with ministries related research, complete mechanisms and policies improve the performance of the markets: capital, securities, debt trading, insurance, accounting services, auditing, tax consulting, valuation; perfecting the legal system on prices; To study, formulate and perfect the law on property tax, especially on real estate; Financial policy on land is stable, open, transparent and fair.

Promote a transparent and transparent land price framework
