8 years ago, Tai Nguyen Company was known with Kenton Residence. Kenton Residence is located at the gateway Nha Be and adjacent Phu My Hung, built on the land with the area up to 91.000sqm but building density only made up 13.1 %. And nearly 87% of the area is used to build a landscape system with water and trees to provide a clean and convenient for the Kenton community. The idea is to build an oasis in the heart of the city. Hoa Binh has total contract value of more than 43.990.914$

In addition, Hoa Binh has just won the bidding package for the basement and tunnel Riviera Point project invested by Riviera Point Co., Ltd, with the contract value: more than 5.938.773$ and has just started building by Hoa Binh. Previously, Hoa Binh has won the bid of D&B (Design & Build) of DPT Residental  project of Khang Dien Group Investment Housing Co., Ltd, which has the contract value: nearly 43.990.914$
