According to Colliers International, in the third quarter of 2017, HCMC office market. HCMC recorded an improvement in real rents in both Grade A and Grade B – at $ 26.9 / sqm / month, up 10.1% over the same period last year.

The city currently has 13 Grade A office buildings and 66 Grade B office buildings, providing approximately 1.2 million square meters of rental space across the city.

The Khai is a tower invested by Khaisilk Group of entrepreneurs Hoang Khai. The project is designed with the idea of ​​silk with a height of 22 floors, including 18.000sqm floor construction. It is expected that the project will be built in 18 months with total investment of $19 million.

E.Town Central is a building owned by Refrigeration Electrical Engineering Corporation (HoSE: REE) as an investor. The project has a height of 25 floors, is expected to provide about 34,000 sqm of floor for rent.
