The North Of Nhat Tan Bridge Has The First 39-Storey Building

Intracom Investment and Infrastructure Investment Joint Stock Company (Intracom) has officially launched the Intracom Riverside project, 39 floors in Vinh Ngoc commune, Dong Anh district. This is the first building in the north of Nhat Tan Bridge.

The project is located on the banks of the Red River, at the northern gate of the capital, at the beginning of Vo Nguyen Giap route. With a land area of 8.257sqm, the project includes three 39-storey towers, providing more than 1,000 apartments and 25.654sqm of commercial space. The total investment of the project is over $43 billion.

Intracom is a strange name in real estate investment. The precursor of this unit is the Infrastructure and Urban Transport Investment Company (100% state-owned), which has officially operated as a joint stock company since 2006.

In addition, this is the owner of the office, public service and residential sales – Trung Van, the project office area, housing for sale – Phu Dien, resettlement housing project NOCT – Cau Dien, social housing project – Phu Dien and the owner of Phuong Dong General Hospital (Co Nhue, Hanoi) with a total project size of 1,000 beds in the phase of operation and put into operation by the end of 2017.
