List of real estate projects of Vimedimex Group 

At the time of launching VimeFulland brand name at the end of 2016, Vimedimex  Pharmaceutical Group had announced consecutively 8 major projects located in Hanoi and Da Nang. With financial ability of a leading pharmaceutical group of Vietnam, Vimedimex group had launched the first project named Belleville Hanoi which was designed and constructed with an aim to represent a Belleville of Paris right inside Hanoi city.

1. Belleville Hanoi Project in Cau Giay District with an area of 157 ha.

Beville Hanoi is a beautiful shophouse center, which is characterized by the classic French style, is located at the capital center, as the same as the Belleville city in Paris Suburb, with gracefully green tree rows, bustling and crowded commercial city blocks, graceful villas, white block house with widely open window to the sunshine.

– Scale: the project comprises 66 Shophouses
– Being under operation.

2. Emerald Center Park in Nam Tu Liem district with area of 1.9 ha.

Emerald Center Park is located at the center of southwest Hanoi with the density of building of 35%, the remaining area is covered by green trees and perfect utilities which brings varieties of choices to customers with 1,344 apartments.

– Location: Land Plot CT8, My Dinh Urban Area, My Dinh 1 ward, Nam Tu Liem district, Hanoi.
– Scale: 2 blocks of V-line house includes 30 stories and 02 basements, with 1,344 apartments.

3. The Eden Rose Project in Thanh Tri district with area of 8 ha.

– Location: Thanh Tri district, Hanoi
– Scale: 250 villas

4. Bel Air Hanoi Project in Nam Tu Liem district with area of 2.5 ha.

– Location: Cau Dien ward, Nam Tu Liem district, Hanoi.
– Scale: 5 apartment tower with the story number from 25 to 29.

5. Palatium Mari Resort in Da Nang with area of 177.2 ha.

– Location: Son Tra peninsula, Da Nang
– Scale: the project includes 100 share-time villas and 30 bungalows, with about 250 rooms meeting 5-star standard, full of utilities, auxiliaries and technical items as international standard.

6. Annecy Garden in Hoang Mai district with area of 25 ha.

Annecy Garden Apartment Complex includes 14 tower apartments comprising 35 stories with about 4,000 apartments, is located in Hoang Mai district, Hanoi city.

7. The Grand Sevilla at Hai Ba Trung district with area of 54.4 ha.

This is the counterpart project for the investment of Minh Khai-Vinh Tuy-Yen Duyen route, which connects from Minh Khai Street to the ring road number 2 and 5 located in Hoang Mai district and Hai Ba Trung district, in the form of bidding.

8. Torre Agbar Parkview Project with area of 1.68 ha.

The project includes two apartment–service towers comprising 30 stories with the outstanding beautiful view to Yen So Lake, 26 luxurious villas and other utilities and services items under the model of house- apartment – luxurious eco hotel apartment.
