Trung Thuy Group – TTG Holding is one of the most famous family group in Vietnam, not only from the event of Lancaster, Miss Ao Dai, but also from the event that US’s  President Barack Obama chose one area of  Dream Plex Office of this group to hold the meeting with young businessman of Ho Chi Minh City.

I will not mention in detailed about the projects which were invested by the group such as Le Thanh Ton Lancaster (Ho Chi Minh city) , Nui Truc Lancaster ( Hanoi), Miss Ao Dai office building, Sen Spa building, etc.., I hereby would like to mention to the projects which are being invested and going to be invested in 2017

1. Lancaster Lincoln 428 – 430 Nguyen Tat Thanh Street, District 4.

After the unsuccessful launch at the end of November, 2016, Lancaster Lincoln is expected to relaunch in May this year. This project includes two 40-story apartment towers and one 8-story commercial center building constructed on an area of 8,414 m2. The project comprises 860 apartments and officetel in total. The average price publicized before the launching day in 2016 was 53-54 million/m² for block A and B, not including VAT.

The project is under the process of constructing foundation and basement.

2. Lancaster Legacy- 230 Nguyen Trai, District 1:

The project is built on the area of 7.535,19 m², consists of 1 tower with 33 stories and 4 basements. 5 ground floors are for commercial center, 7 stories are for service apartments and the remaining stories are 419 luxurious apartments.

Lancaster Legacy is being constructed the foundation by Bachy Soletanche contractor.

3. Lancaster Villa – An Phu Khanh urban area, District 2.

The project has the site area of 100,000 m², with 14 luxurious villas with an area of 392 m², 500m², 660 m², 720m² and 833 m².

The land site is cleared, all is ready for construction.

4. Citadel Residence – 15B Street, District 5.

The compound project has the site area of 40,673 m² with construction scale of 68 villas with area from 160 to 1,009.5 m².
From February of this year until now the project items are fully booked in advance.

5. Office building of District 3

This office building is located at the corner of Hai Ba Trung Street and Nguyen Dinh Chieu Street with the land area of about 500m². The anticipated construction scale is 1 ground and 12 stories.

The official scales of the two projects have not been announced but they were designed from last year. The project in Tan Phu district will comprise a large number of block. It means that the land area is relatively enormous.

7. The resort real estate in Ba Ria – Vung Tau and Da Nang.

The resort project of Trung Thuy Group is named Lancaster Binh Chau in Ba Ria-Vung Tau (with area of approximately 100 ha) and Lancaster Nam O Resort (with area of 36.6 ha). The two projects already have available clear site land and are ready for investing.
