According to DealStreetAsia, just before posting a bill, Novaland issued a separate 10% shares to 18 investors, earning $ 120 million, valued at $ 1.2 billion.
Once officially listed, Novaland will become one of the companies with the largest capitalization on the stock market and real estate is now the 2nd largest after Vingroup.
Vingroup has a market capitalization of approximately VND111 trillion ( $ 4.9 billion) with the total assets at the end of the third quarter of over VND173 trillion.
The survey shows that in the last three years Novaland has been implemented in many acquisitions (M & A) or in the form of development cooperation.
In the period 2015-2016, Novaland has implemented M & A series of new projects in the central districts such as Districts 2, 4, 7 and Phu Nhuan which raises the total land fund of more than 40 projects to 9, 8 million square meters of construction.
Novaland has opened ten new projects in 2015 and five new projects in the first nine months of 2016.
