Thu Thiem Marina and Thu Thiem Lakeview are two projects invested by Ho Chi Minh City Infrastructure Investment Joint Stock Company (CII) and Hongkong Land, Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam (BIDV) in Ho Chi Minh City.

The project has the advantage of being close to the river and Thu Thiem bridge 1, creating a beautiful and dynamic and peaceful view of the Thu Thiem peninsula.

Marina Bay Hotel is located on Mai Chi Tho street, on the main street of the city center, the apartment becomes prime location when it can easily connect to the important transport routes of the city:

– Move to Nguyen Huu Canh, Le Thanh Ton, Nguyen Hue pedestrian street quickly in 10 minutes through Thu Thiem Bridge 1.

In addition, the sub-zone 3-17 is quite close to the river so it is unlikely that it will be allowed to build tall buildings, maintaining a clear view of all three aspects of the project.

Marina Bay Thu Thiem apartment building project is located in the third zone of Thu Thiem peninsula. Scenario design of the whole project is still being considered by the competent state agencies. Vietnam real estate would like to introduce 3 alternatives proposed by CII to the People’s Committee of Ho Chi Minh City.

The design was designed by renowned design consultancy DP Architects from Singapore.
