The Project Has Been Licensed, They Were Sold

Just over a month since the Ho Chi Minh City People’s Committee approves the detailed 1/500 blueprint, SaigonRes Riverside has sold 75% of the land to Land Xanh through the form of capital contribution.

The Board of Directors of Dat Xanh Real Estate Services and Construction JSC has issued a resolution on investment cooperation with Saigon Real Estate Company to set up the joint stock company to jointly develop SaigonRes Riverside project. Hiep Binh Chanh Ward, Thu Duc District, Ho Chi Minh City.

Saigon Riverside Riverside has an area of 67,221 sqm. The commercial area is 227,513 sqm. The total capital requirement is VND 950 billion. In particular, SaigonRes Riverside project owner Sai Gon real estate company contributed VND237.5 billion. The remaining land will contribute to VND712.5 billion, equivalent to 75% of shares.

SaigonRes Riverside was approved by the People’s Committee of Ho Chi Minh City with a detailed plan of 1/500 of high-rises, public buildings and green parks in early November.

The land plot consists of seven blocks of 25-story condominiums, a 25-story mixed-use condominium and a seven-story commercial and service complex. The project is designed as a new modern, harmonious and friendly with the lines of architecture blocks in the trend of modern, simple.

Saigonres Riverside is located on D2 road with the function of foreign traffic, connecting the main traffic axis of the area. Road 10 extends to the landscape and commercial axis. The project owner is Saigon Real Estate Joint Stock Company.

This project has an area of nearly 10 ha has been compensated by Saigon Real Estate Joint Stock Company, prepared ground, and infrastructure. Spreading nearly 500 m of Saigon River, Saigonres Riverside is considered by many investors to be the most favorable location along this river in terms of size and economic value.
