Tra Vinh Has Started Construction Of 929 Social Housing


Hoang Quan Group has just officially commenced and inaugurated the model house and announced the sale of HQC Tra Vinh new urban area in Tra Vinh city, Tra Vinh province on September 23, with the price from $25.5 thousand per unit.

The project is invested with a total capital of nearly $30 million including 1,233 townhouses, in which have 929 social houses with 1 ground floor and 1 story and 304 commercial houses with1 ground floor and 1 story.

Mr. Dong Van Lam, who is chairman of Tra Vinh People’s Committee, said that in the National Housing Development Strategy to 2020 and vision to 2030, Tra Vinh HQC is one of the key projects of Tra Vinh City in order to meet housing needs for personnel and low-income people in this area, and contribute to the goal of completing economic targets with gross product (GRDP) in 2017 increased 12-13% compared with 2016 according to the Resolution of the Provincial People’s Council.

According to Mr.Truong Anh Tuan – Chairman and General Director of Hoang Quan Group, the current demand for housing of low-income people in Tra Vinh province are very huge. Therefore, the construction of the house to ensure stable and long-term housing for people is considered as a strategic goal and important meanings. This also contributes to the social security issue, showing the interest of leaders for people’s lives.

To create favorable conditions for homebuyers, Hoang Quan Group will compensate the interest rate to home loan customers at banks with the preferential interest rate of 6% per annum to the end of December 2019. Accordingly, the bank will support the borrowers up to 70% of the value of the house with a maximum loan term of 15 years.

Tra Vinh HQC new urban area is expected to complete the first phase in the fourth quarter of 2018 and inaugurate, transfer and put into use in the fourth quarter 2019. After completion, Tra Vinh HQC new urban area plays an important role in accelerating urbanization and regulating economic growth, which contributes to the development of the urban system of Tra Vinh and other neighboring provinces.
