The latest construction progress of the project Estella Heights

According to Realestatevietnam, currently the main contractor of the Estella Heights project is Cofico, which is carrying out two towers: Tower 3 and Tower 4 in the second phase of the project. Specifically, the tower 3 and tower 4 of the project Estella Heights is currently under construction concrete floor on the 26th floor, construction of the 26th floor to the 27th floor, and the implementation of the brick wall at floor 18.

Prior to that, two towers of Tower 1 and Tower 2 of Stage 1 of Estella Heights were completed and handed over to customers. Utility items around the project are also basically completed and put into use.

Estella Heights apartment area is about 2.54 ha, located on Hanoi Highway, An Phu Ward, District 2, Ho Chi Minh City.

Stage 1 of the Estella Heights project consists of 496 units located on two towers (tower 1 and 2) 33 floors high, Apartment size from 1 – 4 bedrooms with an area of 55-180sqm. The selling price ranges from VND 40 million /sqm.

Stage 2 consists of 376 special edition apartments located on tower 3 and tower 4, expected to be completed in early 2019, with a primary price of 46 – 54 million/sqm.

Although the second phase price ranges from VND46 million to VND54 million per square meter, Estella Heights still attracts many buyers for accommodation and investment. Currently, 100% of 1 and 2 bedroom apartments have their owners.
