Updated payment policy for Thu Thiem New City

Realestatevietnam sends you the latest payment schedule and policy for the New City project in Thu Thiem. This policy applies to open shopping carts from May 15, 2018.

Customers purchasing apartments at the New City project Thu Thiem will enjoy a 5% discount on the pre-tax price when paying according to the payment schedule of the investor.

• Customers register to buy apartments in New City Thu Thiem project is Vietnamese.
• Apply only one payment policy according to the standard payment schedule of the investor and the customer receive a discount of 5% on the pre-tax value (discount is deducted from the total value of the apartment when the customer signs the contract).
• Applies to open shopping cart from May 15, 2018.

Thu Thiem New City has been converted into commercial housing

Previous information on the project of New City Thu Thiem (District 2, Ho Chi Minh City) has not changed the target from social housing to commercial housing but sold to customers, on May 14  last, Ltd. Thu Thinh Viet, owner of the New City project Thu Thiem, said the project has now been converted to commercial purpose.

Specifically, on the basis of the Prime Minister’s approval in Document No. 24 dated March 7, HCM City People’s Committee has issued a decision to hand over the ground for the implementation of the New City project (1,330 apartments project) for the investor to continue to develop according to the plan with commercial purpose.

At the same time, Thuan Viet Company will temporarily pay land use fees for the land. Therefore, on March 30, Management Board of investment – construction Thu Thiem new urban area and Thuan Viet Company has liquidated the contract to buy 1,330 apartments were previously signed. After that, the investor has completed the obligation to temporarily pay land use fees for the project in accordance with the certification No. 2267 of the Department of Finance of Ho Chi Minh City on 16.4.

The investor confirmed that the new project, Thu Thiem New City, was completed and completed the tests on fire prevention and control and completion of the works to be put into use.
