Sales situation of VinGroup

Total sales value of the first 6 months of Vingroup Group is estimated at VND 29,000 billion, which is lower than last year due to stop selling new projects in Ho Chi Minh City.

However, this number is forecasted to increase considerably when Vincom is expected to launch the fourth quarter of 2017. With Vietnam Real Estate looking through the sales of Vingroup in the first 6 months of 2017 through the figures below.

Vinhomes Central Park is located in the Tan Cang area with a frontage of more than 1 km along the Saigon River. Total area: 43.91 ha, construction density of the whole area: About 16%. In the first half of 2017, Vinhomes Central Park sold 10.200 / 10.500 units, earning  VND 36 billion

The area of the whole area: 25.29 ha, the density of construction: 18.6%. In the first half of 2017 Vinhomes, Golden River sold 2.200 / 2.500 units, earning VND  14,4 billion

Comment: In 2016, Vingroup Group successfully launched 24 projects nationwide, total sales reached 15,000 units with record sales of 83,000 billion. The Vinhomes projects are present in all major cities and provinces nationwide and are continuing to expand to nearly 30 provinces in the near future. The first half of 2017 has passed, showing that Vingroup has a good sales record. Certainly, after the sale of the VinCity project in the last months of 2017, the sales to Vingroup will increase significantly, the possibility of sales will exceed 2016.
