Van Phu – Invest officially started the project The Terra – Hao Nam

On March 16th, Van Phu Investment Joint Stock Company No. 2 (a member company of Van Phu – Invest Investment Joint Stock Company) and Printing and Cultural Products Joint Stock Company officially kicked off. The Terra – Hao Nam housing, commercial and office complex.

The Terra – Hao Nam project is located on an area of ​​6,680m2 at 83 Hao Nam, Dong Da district and less than 100m from the first railway station of Cat Linh – Ha Dong.

The project consists of a 13-storey mixed-use building and commercial building with 72 apartments, 3 basements and a shophouse block with 25 units on Hao Nam Street.

This is the first project in the middle real estate development strategy with the brand name The Terra, also the first project in the inner city of Hanoi of Van Phu – Invest.

Not only famous in the market with the acquisition of “golden land” Giang Vo in 2015, Van Phu – Invest also known many real estate projects in the area of ​​Ha Dong, Cau Giay and BT projects in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City.
