On the morning of July 24, at the Office of Hai Phat Investment Joint Stock Company has taken place the signing ceremony of guarantee contract, credit contract and co-operation to support loan for customers of investment project of Roman Plaza commercial, services and apartments complex with Viet Capital Bank (VCCB) – Thang Long Branch.
The Roman Plaza commercial, service and apartment complex project invested by Hai Phat Investment Joint Stock Company is built on an area of 3.59 hectares. The total investment capital of the whole project reached 2,500 billion dong.
Upon completion, the project will supply to the market variety of products such as apartment, duplex with area ranging from 68m2 to 238m2; townhouses; and villas. The project includes two blocks with 25 floors and 3 basements. The low construction density provides green spaces and fresh air for its residents.
Located on the main road of the capital – stretching Le Van Luong Street, the convergence of Ha Dong, Thanh Xuan, South Tu Liem, North Tu Liem districts, Roman Plaza is a closed and luxurious apartment complex constructed in neoclassical architecture style of Europe.
This is a major project which is included spacious, modern housing complex with multi-function such as commercial services, housing, office for lease, green parks, and high rise building, creating the highlight on the center toward center Hanoi capital.
At the signing ceremony, the representatives of Viet Capital Bank (VCCB) and Hai Phat Investment Joint Stock Company agreed on two contents: VCCB will support capital for the high floors of Roman Plaza commercial, services and apartments complex project.
At the same time, VCCB committed to provide personal credit to homebuyers at Roman Plaza with many preferences, bringing the best benefits to homebuyers. At the same time, the bank also guarantees for the high floors of Roman Plaza.
It is expected that on the second quarter of 2019, the project will be officially completed and put into use. Under the guarantee terms: the bank will repay the advance amount paid to buy the apartment under the sale contract of the apartment for the guarantee when the guarantee does not hand over the apartment under schedule committed under the sale contract.
According to the investor, from August 06 it will take place the official sale ceremony of the Roman Plaza project at the JW Marriott Hanoi hotel. Customers who successfully deposit Roman Plaza apartments will have the opportunity to participate in the lucky draw program for a Honda Vison and other attractive gifts worth up to 60 million.
At the same time, the first 50 customers buying Roman Plaza will be offered immediately a trip to Korea worth 25 million dong.
