On October 2, at Vietcomreal Real Estate Transaction Center (District 1, HCM City), Vietcomreal Real Estate Joint Stock Company signed a credit agreement with Vietcombank and announced its successor. Viva Riverside apartment project located in front of Vo Van Kiet Boulevard, District 6, Ho Chi Minh City.

Accordingly, Vietcombank will finance the projects of Vietcomreal with the total capital of nearly VND 1,500 billion. Firstly, the Viva Riverside project is nearly VND 800 billion to develop this project. In addition, customers who buy apartments are funded with loans up to 70% of the apartment value, with interest at 0% until delivery.

Also at this event, Vietcomreal has signed with distributors and plans to officially open about 250 apartments in the project with the price of about VND 21 million / sqm. This price is about 20% lower than the price of projects in the same area.

In addition, customers only need to pay 20% of the value of the apartment is able to receive the house, the rest after receiving new apartment customers must continue. Customers are also free investor management apartment for 5 years.

The perspective of Viva Riverside project

The Viva Riverside project has a total investment of nearly VND1 trillion and will be built on nearly 11,000 sqm of land. In particular, the investor only gives the construction area of nearly 7,500 sqm with 3 fronts of Vo Van Kiet Boulevard, Gia Phu and 61 streets, the rest is used for utilities, green areas and infrastructure, serving residents.

The project consists of 567 apartments ranging from 50sqm to 106sqm (from 1 to 3 bedrooms) and the investor will hand over the apartment to customers in mid-2018.
