Vietnam National Property Awards 2018 to be presented

Vietnam Real Estate Association (VNREA) said the ceremony of awarding the Vietnam National Property Awards 2018 will be held at 20h, April 14 at the National Conference Center of Vietnam.

The prize was launched on December 122017, organized by VNREA in cooperation with the Department of Housing and Real Estate Management (Ministry of Construction) and VTV24 News Center Vietnam Television. After 4 months of launching, the organizers received hundreds of applications from reputable real estate companies nationwide.

In the first organization, the jury selected the most prestigious investors and projects to honor.

Specific awards in the categories are as follows: the most prestigious real estate developer (11 awards); the best urban area (6 prizes); Best Resort Property (5 prizes); office building for lease and the best trade center (3 prizes); the most prestigious residential project (10 prizes); best green building projects (5 prizes); the best real estate deals (7 prizes) and the best social housing project (7 prizes).

Speaking at the press conference, Nguyen Tran Nam, President of VNREA, said that the prize is not only significant for the real estate industry but also a practical event to celebrate the 60th anniversary of the Traditional construction industry of Vietnam (April 29,1958 – April 29,2018).

At the same time, this is also an opportunity for enterprises to affirm their position in the market, encourage and orient Vietnam real estate enterprises to raise their international competitiveness, thus promote Vietnam real estate market to develop more sustainably.
