In more than 100 investors, Vingroup is the biggest contributor with 7,286 units, including Vinhomes Gardenia (2,374 units), Vinhomes Green Bay (1,604 units), Vinhomes Paradise (331 units), Vinhomes Metropolis Vinhomes Riverside 2 (556 units and 845 low-rise houses).
Followed by Geleximco (Hanoi General Import Export Joint Stock Company) with 6,300 units, including: An Binh City (A1, A2, A3, A4, A5, A6, A7, A8) – 2,732; Gelexia Riverside – 1,966 apartments; Le Trong Tan – adjacent houses, villas, garden houses in zone A, C, D – 1,602 units.
Hanoi South Urban Development Joint Stock Company and Central Park Development Co., Ltd also contributed to “Thousand Club” with projects, namely: Urban Functional Area at Textile Land 8/3 and Hanosimex – 2,368 units and apartment, commercial and office complex at the land lot E1.3 Cau Giay new urban area – 1,855 units.
Other names with the next large number of apartments are Xuan Mai Corp with 1,974 units, including Xuan Mai Spark Tower (1,704 units), Xuan Mai Riverside (270 apartments). And Sunshine Group with 1,741 units, including Sunshine Garden (1,263 units), Sunshine Palace (264 units), Sunshine Center (214 units).
In addition, the list also recognizes familiar names such as MIK Group (Imperia Garden – B, Imperia Sky Garden), TNR Holdings (Goldsilk Complex – Goldseason), SSG (My Dinh Pearl), Tan Hoang Minh D’Capitale), Long Jiang Land (Rivera Park) etc …
In the social housing segment, notably Bright City’s AZ Thang Long project with 1,496 units or 2 nd block belongs to Kien Hung social housing project with 118 apartments.
