Over VND120 trillion poured into real estate, construction

In the first quarter of 2018, the real estate business continued to have the most new registered capital of more than VND79,000 billion, accounting for 28% of the total new registered capital.

According to the latest report of the Business Registration Administration Department of the Ministry of Planning and Investment, in March 2018, more than 8,080 enterprises were established with registered capital of VND 81,156 billion, up 3% in number of enterprises and decreasing 18% of registered capital.

Generally, in the first three months of this year, there were 26,785 enterprises with registered capital of VND 278,489 billion, up 1.2% in enterprises and 2.7% in registered capital. The average registered capital per enterprise reached VND10.4 billion, up 1.5%.

Regarding the number of registered enterprises, the number of registered enterprises was concentrated in such industries as wholesale, retail, repair, automobile and motorbike accounting for over 34%, construction accounted for 13%, manufacturing making up 12%, science and technology …

Over the same period, according to the business registration management agency, the number of businesses returned to operation is nearly 8,450 enterprises, down 9% over the same period in 2017.

In the first quarter of 2018, only four sectors have seen a return to business activity over the same period in 2017, namely: health and social work; agriculture, forestry and fisheries … The remaining sectors have the ratio of enterprises returning to operation decreased compared to the same period last year. Thus, in the first three months of 2018, the total number of newly established enterprises and enterprises returned to the operation of the country is 35,234 enterprises.
