VNPost proposed to retain 87 houses and land in Soc Trang

Ministry of Information and Communications has sent a letter to the Ministry of Finance on the plan of rearranging and disposing houses and land of the Vietnam Post Corporation (VNPost) in Soc Trang province.

Accordingly, VNPost proposed to continue using 87 houses and land in this province as working offices, production and business establishments.

Ministry of Information and Communications said on October 31, 2016, VNPost has sent to the Steering Committee 09 and the departments, departments of Soc Trang Province on the implementation of arranging and handling houses and land in Soc Moon.

Accordingly, VNPost proposed to continue to use 80 housing facilities with a total land area of ​​19,550.14 sqm and a total floor area of ​​12,217.03 sqm.

At the same time, VNPost also proposed to compensate 4 land reclamation sites (Gia Hoa 2 Cultural Post Office, An Thanh 2 Cultural Post Office, Dai An 1 Cultural Post Office, Postal Post Office Long Hung Commune Culture) to ensure the provision of public services in accordance with state regulations.

Pursuant to VNPost Document No. 4418 / BĐVN-TCKT dated 31/10/2016 of VNPost, Soc Trang Province Post Office cooperated with 09 Steering Committee and provincial departments and agencies to complete the inspection, Investigate the housing status for 87 housing facilities.

On December 11, 2017, the People’s Committee of Soc Trang province has sent an official letter to VNPost on the arrangement and treatment of state-owned houses and land of VNPost in this province.

Accordingly, Soc Trang Provincial People’s Committee has confirmed and agreed the proposal of Soc Trang Province Post Office to continue using 87 land and housing facilities, increasing 7 land bases compared with the report of VNPost in Official Letter No. 4418 3 units in the planning, compensation for 6 establishments and 4 new establishments).

As a result of the re-measurement, the total area of ​​the resettlement area was 19,300.75sqm, the difference decreased 249.39sqm compared to the total land area on VNPost’s declaration.

The total floor area determined at the current status is 12,050.91sqm, the difference decreased 166,12sqm compared to the total floor area on the declaration of VNPost.

Therefore, VNPost has proposed to allow the Post Office of Soc Trang province, the accounting unit of VNPost, to keep the use of 87 houses and land.

For land and housing establishments located in the local planning, there is no recovery record yet, but new land has been issued (Vinh Quoi Commune Cultural Post Office, My Binh commune, An Thanh Nam commune, Gia Hoa post office). You will continue to use your home on land until your local government requests it.

“Upon request, Soc Trang Province Post Office will carry out procedures for liquidation of assets on land in accordance with state regulations before handing it over to local authorities,” VNPost said.

In addition, VNPost also proposed to grant compensation for 1 land and housing (due to localization in 2010 of the housing and land office of Long Hung commune, My Tu district) in favorable position. for the business and to ensure the provision of public services in accordance with the regulations of the State.

Ministry of Information and Communications said it had agreed with VNPost’s proposal on the plan of rearranging and handling the property of VNPost in Soc Trang province. At the same time, the Ministry recommends the Ministry of Finance to consider and approve the above proposal.
