However, according to estimation of the price appraisal unit, if auctioning 18ha of land with the function of housing, trade and complex will bring about nearly VND2,500 billion revenue equivalent to nearly VND15 million/ sqm.

It is estimated that the unit cost of compensation for excavation, removal, relocation and rebuilding for the first phase of the Binh Hung Hoa Cemetery Relocation project ranges from VND 2-8 million / grave, depending on the level of solidarity. or rudimentary. The cost of reburial assistance is VND 3 million / grave.

Stage 1 (12ha) has collected nearly 12,500 graves and still has 4,051 houses have not completed. Expected from 31 october 2017 will be empty. The total cost of compensation and support for the project phase 1 under the approved estimate is nearly VND785 billion.
