On January 3, HCM City People’s Committee has assigned the HCMC Youth Union to coordinate with relevant agencies and consultants to thoroughly study the underground design of the Youth Cultural House.

This must ensure absolute safety in the construction, operation and construction of plans for the protection of underground works, without affecting the projects of metro lines 3b, 4 and the extension of the road to the road.

Previously, the People’s Committee of HCM City assigned the Department of Planning and Investment to coordinate with the Department of Finance to arrange about 800 billion from the budget to invest in building Youth Cultural House at No. 4, Pham Ngoc Thach district. 3 under the direction of the Standing Committee of Ho Chi Minh City.

Ho Chi Minh City also assigns the Standing Committee of HCMC Youth Union to work with the consultancy unit to complete the architectural plan, ensure the efficiency of the function, suitable for architectural and harmonious populations. landscape center area. Especially the right connection to the metro station.

Youth Cultural House will be built in the near future

The Department of Architectural Planning is assigned to work with consultancy units to thoroughly study the architectural design plans, ensuring the suitability of space and landscape in the area. Ho Chi Minh City Association of Architects takes the responsibility to study and propose the contest of symbolic ideas of HCMC youth.

The construction of the new Youth Cultural House will be in the direction of expanding the Nguyen Van Chiem road, not expanding the Nguyen Thi Minh Khai road to carry out the urban design of this road. At the same time, it allows increasing the height to ensure the floor area used.

The Youth Cultural House is bounded by the Pham Ngoc Thach, Nguyen Thi Minh Khai, Hai Ba Trung and Nguyen Van Chiem roads in District 1. This is also a non-productive unit under the HCMC Youth Union.
