The Department of Architectural Planning is assigned to work with consultancy units to thoroughly study the architectural design plans, ensuring the suitability of space and landscape in the area. The construction of the new Youth Cultural House will be in the direction of expanding the Nguyen Van Chiem road, not expanding the Nguyen Thi Minh Khai road to carry out the urban design of this road. At the same time, it allows increasing the height to ensure the floor area used.
