CapitaLand Officially Announces The Sale Of D’Edge Thao Dien Project

  • Participants: Previous guests have a booking of VND 500 million/ Penthouse
  • Penthouse type: Penthouse 2B
  • Draw process:
  1. On July 12, 2017 (Wednesday), the investor will send full information on the ground and estimated selling price of Penthouse 2B.
  2. On the day of the draw, all guests enter the ballot box into the box before 9.30am
  3. Investors take out 1 time a guest to confirm a purchase. The selected customer will confirm the purchase at the announced selling price
  4. If guests are selected without buying a deposit of VND 500 million / unit will not be refunded in any form. Guests who do not attend the draw are deemed to have waived their right to participate and they will receive back the deposit.

  • On the draw day, all guests fill in the names of the draw tickets in the draw box before 7h30 a.m
  • Take out once a guest to confirm purchase 1 of the vacant units until you buy all 5 units. The selected customer will confirm the purchase at the previously announced selling price
  • If guests are selected without buying, the deposit of VND 300 million / unit will not be refunded in any form. Guests who do not attend the draw are deemed to have waived their right to participate and will receive back the deposit.

Formal payment on opening day

  • Deposit: 1-4 bedrooms, pile VND 200 million, Duplex: 3 VND 00 million, Penthouse: VND 300 million
  • Session 1: Within 30 days from the deposit date – sign a deposit contract, pay 10%
  • Session 2: No later than March 31, 2015, signed purchase contract, pay 10%
  • Session 3: No later than September 30, 2018, payment of 10%
  • Session 4: No later than March 31, 2019, payment of 10%
  • Session 5: No later than September 30, 2019, payment of 10%
  • Phase 6: Within 14 days from the delivery date (expected in Q22020), payment of 45%
  • Session 7: 14 days from the date of red book notification, payment of 5%

Preferred sale day sale program

The 3% discount is available to all customers who open the sale (after July 16, there is no discount). Not applicable for Duplex and Penthouse

There are 2 different selling prices for 2 groups:

  • The Vietnamese guests sign the SC, the foreign guests sign a long-term lease contract (the CID)
  • Foreign guests sign the Partnership Agreement (about 6% of the difference)

For foreign guests:

  • If you buy 1-2 bedrooms, only one option is to sign the contract
  • If you buy 3-4 bedrooms  base, there are 2 options is the contract or the CBM until the end of the number of apartments allowed to sign the agreement to foreigners
