Da Nang: Land Prices Resettlement For Some Projects In The City

The People’s Committee of the city just issued a document regulating the price of residential land for resettlement of the main residence in some residential areas in the area.

The People’s Committee of the city just has a document regulating the price of residential land for resettlement of the main household in some residential areas in Son Tra, Ngu Hanh Son, Cam Le and Hai Chau districts according to the Decision No. 50/2014/QĐ-UBND dated December 20, 2014 by the People’s Committee of the city.

Specifically, in Tho Quang 3 residential area, Son Tra district, 5,5 meters road (Man Quang 17), land price in resettlement main household after multiplication coefficient of land price adjustment (1,2) is 114$/sqm.

Land price resettlement for a number of projects in the city

An Hoa 1, 2, 3 residential area in Son Tra district, 3,75 meters road (An Hai 18), land price in resettlement main household after multiplication coefficient of land price adjustment (1,2) is 133$/sqm.

The resettlement area of Tan Tra, Ngu Hanh Son district, 5,5 meters (Tran Van Giang), the price of land for resettlement after the multiplication of the land price adjustment coefficient (1,2) is 92$/sqm.

Ngu Hanh Son District’s North Residential Area, 5m (An Bac 4), land price for resettlement is 125$/sqm.

Phuoc Ly resettlement area, Cam Le district, 10,5 meters road (5-10.5-5) m, resettlement land price is 172$/sqm.

The A3 land area belongs to the riverine project from Co Vien Cham to Song Thu Company, Hai Chau District, Phan Thanh Tai Road (10,5 meters), mainland resettlement price after multiplication of land price adjustment coefficient (1, 4) is 980$/sqm.

Coefficients for special land parcels and depth divisions are made in accordance with Decision No. 50/2014/QD-UBND dated December 20, 2014 by the City People’s Committee.

According to the planning, for land plots at the fork or crossroads, if there is a backward area, the coefficient of 0.5 shall be multiplied by (x) the value of the retarded area. For cases of resettlement by sub-household, multiplication of sub-households as regulated.

Tho Quang 3 residential area, Son Tra district, 5.5 m road (Man Quang 17), land price in resettlement main household after multiplication of land price adjustment coefficient (1,2) is 2,640,000 VND / m2.

The City People’s Committee also requires the City Land Development Center to publicize and post up a map of all the land lots to be allocated for resettlement and the land unit price stated above. The organization will create favorable conditions for resettlement households to carry out procedures for receiving land and residential land under the direction of the People’s Committee to stabilize their life, at the same time, the procedures for collection of land use fees to be remitted to the State budget and coordinated with the People’s Committees of Son Tra, Ngu Hanh Son, Cam Le and Hai Chau Districts shall carry out the procedures for granting land use right certificates according to regulations.
