Decree No. 01/2017 / ND-CP about amending and supplementing a number of decrees guiding the implementation of the Land Law 2013 will officially take effect on March 3. Accordingly, the Decree changes the time for resolving some land procedures as follows:
Time for carrying out procedures for registration and issuance of certificates of land use right, ownership of houses and other assets attached to land (referred to as red books) to the transferee of the land use right and the right to property own housing, construction of construction investment organizations is a maximum of 15 days instead of 30 days as before.
Time to carry out many procedures on registration of land, assets attached to the land; renewal, re-issuance of land use certificate will also be shortened.

Reduction from a maximum of 20 days to 15 days with procedures for registration, issuance of certificates of land use rights, ownership of houses and other assets associated with land when changing assets attached to land; separation of land, combination of land parcels and procedures for land registration in cases where land is allocated by the State for management.
Reduction from a maximum of 15 days to 10 days with procedures for registration of changes due to changes in the name of land users or owners of assets attached to land or changes in shape, size, address of land parcel or change of financial obligations; register the changes in land and assets attached to land in case of winning the auction of land use rights; Agreement on the consolidation or division of land use rights and ownership of assets attached to land of households, spouses and land user groups.
