Bought And Sold 268 Houses In The Future

HCMC Construction has just approved for Lavila Phuoc Kien Co., Ltd to sell/lease and buy houses in the future for 268 low-rise houses in Nha Be District, Ho Chi Minh City.

The above houses are located in the residential project of Vinh Phuoc, Phuoc Kien Commune (Nha Be District, Ho Chi Minh City). This residential complex with a population of more than 1000 people.

This project was approved by the People’s Committee of Nha Be district detailed urban construction 1/500 scale. This land was allocated land by the HCM City People’s Committee and Lavila Phuoc Kien Limited Company has fulfilled its tax obligations to the State on September 28, 2017.

Vinh Phuc Residential Area is invested by Lavila Company Limited with an area of over 4.7 hectares

Project dossiers, construction drawing designs, construction permits, acceptance papers for completion of construction of technical infrastructures … of this project have been approved by competent authorities.

After checking the legal status of this project, the Department of Construction commented that 268 low-rise houses under the project of Vinh Phuoc residential area mentioned above are eligible for sale, lease or purchase of houses formed in the future.
