Opening The Sale Phase 2 Of The Citibella Project

Mr. Ho Huu Xuyen, Deputy General Director of Kien A Company, said that it is opening the sale of the last 20 townhouses in Citibella Project (District 2). Home buyers will be offered a gold thread from now until December 20, 2015.

Citibella is a low-cost detached home for young families. Located at the gateway of new urban Cat Lai, Citibella is built separately, quiet, security. With the amount of 2.7 billion, the buyer will own the area used 170sm and payment schedule lasts up to 18 months.

Prior to that, the first sale was 85 units were successfully traded in the total 105 units throughout the project.
