Accordingly, individual housing is highly profitable at the street level, the street is defined as: a single storey or multi-story home with a household or individual use, located in front of the street.
And when the house is sold to the residential land of the house will be calculated and recognized as land use (without land use or overlap).

The coefficient K of the land price adjustment will be calculated as follows: For individual houses with high profitability in the front of the road, the street is located on the land plot with one edge or total fish adjacent to the front of the road more than 3 m, the coefficient K = 1.2 times the land price index.
In cases less than 3 m, coefficient K = 1.0 times the land price index.
