District 2 is also growing rapidly with the appearance of a series of large-scale projects from many real estate corporations at home and abroad.

Ben Van Don Street

Nguyen Tat Thanh street
Compared with Ben Van Don road, Nguyen Tat Thanh has fewer projects. Some of the big projects that are going to be formed.This is Vinhomes Habour City (which is being delayed due to the withdrawal of Vingroup and the rumors of Van Thinh Phat). Meanwhile, the Lancaster Lincoln project of China Shipbuilding Group is being advertised aggressively and the site is still very busy.
Ton That Thuyet Street
One of the major routes of District 4 can not fail to mention is the Ton That Huyet. The route is currently very hot with a number of projects to be deployed. Ton That Thuyet Street is the project River Park being topped and it will be handed over.
Going into a little is the project CharmintonIris of Sacomreal with a scale of 1,400 apartments to be launched in the market. According to Vietnam Real Estate survey, construction site CharmintonIris has been executed for several months, investors Sacomreal has also prepared capital for this project.
Right next to CharmintonIris is the 78 Ton That Thuyet Project of the Novaland Group. This project is expected to open in Q4 / 2017 and it is expected delivery time in 2/2020.
Another Novaland project on this route is the 299 Ton That Thuyet project. The project was started long ago but is expected to open in July this year. Right next to the 299 Ton That Thuyet project is the Ascent Riverside project of HBC, which has not yet been implemented. There is also a noteworthy project is the Etown Central District 4. It is in the process of construction which is very busy. It has now reached the 10th floor.
Millennium – one of the projects Rever appreciated in District 4 located on the axis of Ben Van Don, adjacent to District 1 and “Financial Wall” Nguyen Cong Tru. The project is 20% better than the adjacent projects in the premium segment. In addition, Millennium is expected to deliver a 12% return on profit.
