In the framework of the workshop “Green Architecture – Modern Urban Spatial Trend”, Maeda – Thien Duc Joint Venture introduced Waterina Suites project in District 2 (Ho Chi Minh City) with 86 luxury apartments.

 Waterina Suites has a size of 3,150sm, the total investment of $ 30million, the project includes 25 floors with 86 Skyvillas, 3.2m high throughput for single apartments and 6m for duplex apartments. Apartments at Waterina Suites feature views of the Saigon River and panoramic city views.
