How Are Thao Dien Sapphire’s Works Incorrectly Now?


At 9 am this morning 22 September,  property company Thao Dien Sapphire (TDS) has completed the complete dismantling of 14 swimming pools with and fitness club. Accordingly, the total area that the investor dismantled is nearly 1400sqm.

The representative of the investor is Mr. Pham Nghia Dung said: In the spirit of respecting the law as committed in the minutes of 22 August, 2017 with the order of urban district 2, we have implemented the Decision Decision No. 2496 / QD-XPVPHC “sanctioning administrative violations in construction activities by organizing the construction of new works in contravention of construction permit No. 95 / GPXD of June 18, 2015. Construction Department “Thao Dien Residential Area, Thao Dien Ward, District 2”.

Previously, on August 22nd, the Urban Order Management Team in District 2, Ho Chi Minh City came to Sapphire Thao Dien project to enforce enforcement decisions. However, Mr.Dung has asked the delegation to allow it to be dismantled within 30 days.

According to Dung, the representative of the Sapphire Thao Dien project, the company paid a fine of VND1 billion and a late payment of VND28 million.

“In fact, the dismantling took only a week to complete, but due to the fact that some of the villas were already occupied, the dismantling must be careful and safe to limit the impact on the residents,” Mr.Dung added.

How is Thao Dien Sapphire’s works incorrectly now?

Representatives of the Sapphire Thao Dien project, the company fined VND 1 billion and VND 28 million late payment.

In a written document to the HCM City People’s Committee, the Department of Construction and the People’s Committee of District 2, HCM City Real Estate Association (HoREA) conceded that TDS had committed some wrong in construction activities, but there are some interesting facts to consider.

However, seeing the waiting time to get licensed for these extra works will take a lot of time and may be worth the trouble, the owner has removed all the construction false permission.

Sapphire project named Holm Residence, located at 35-45 Nguyen Van Huong street, district 2, the area known as the most luxurious city of Ho Chi Minh.

The project consists of 30 three-story villas (excluding mezzanine and basement) with many luxury villas, selling for VND45-150 billion.
