The Ministry Of Construction Inspects Four Property Projects Complained In Hanoi

On November 23, the Inspectorate of the Ministry of Construction issued Decision No. 331 / QD-TTr on the inspection clarifying the contents of citizen complaints, denunciations and media reports of violations by some project investors estate in the area of Hanoi.

Accordingly, the inspection team of the Ministry of Construction will inspect four projects: Yen Hoa – Thang Long Apartment (Thang Long Company Limited), Sky City 88 Lang Ha Project (Investor of HANOTEX Co., Ltd) , Head Office of CICC Hanoi Investment Consultant and Investment Joint Stock Company (Owner of Hanoi CICC Consultant and Investment Joint Stock Company), LOD Building No. 38 Tran Thai Tong (Owner LOD Labor Export Joint Stock Company, the transferee is Phuc Loc Group.

The inspection team will inspect the implementation of construction investment projects in accordance with the law, the approved detailed planning, the approved master plan and architectural plan, the construction permit Issuing, discharging obligations to the State of the project investor.

After the inspection process, if any violations are committed, they shall be handled or proposed to competent authorities for handling organizations or individuals committing breaches. At the same time, it is recommended to amend, supplement and complete mechanisms and policies in housing management and development to overcome obstacles and problems (if any).
