In the content of the application, the infrastructure connecting the project area outside the diplomatic corps as well as the internal infrastructure of the entire project is in the state of construction and lack of the original plan approved. The whole population has only a single traffic route from Pham Van Dong Street to the inner city with dense traffic, along with other social facilities such as schools and public utilities have not been built.
Facing these shortcomings, the diplomatic corps asked the competent agencies and investors too soon connect the transport infrastructure and synchronously implement the social infrastructure in line with the approved master plan to ensure the stable life for residents.
“After considering the content of the application, based on the provisions of law, the Minister of Construction, the Inspectorate shall transfer the application of the residents to the People’s Committee of Hanoi for consideration according to their competence and respond to citizens as prescribed”, the document sent to Hanoi People’s Committee stated.
As VietnamFinance reported on the morning of October 8, many residents of the diplomatic corps took to the streets to protest against Hancorp’s plan. This makes many residents worry in front of a model urban area, the highlight of the capital risk of being “crushed”.
Previously, the People’s Committee of Hanoi has Decision No. 2905 / QĐ-QHKT approved the adjustment of urban planning diplomatic delegation. According to the adjusted plan, the above plots of land are adjusted capacity, increasing the density of construction changes the landscape of the urban design as originally planned. As the CC2 land plot has a construction density of 20.5%, it is now being adjusted with the construction density increasing to 40%.
The landmark code CC3-4 has a construction density of 20.5%, increasing the construction density to 35% with the height of 15 floors + 3 basements.
The CC5 land plot has a construction density of 30%, up to 41%, 27 storeys high and 3 basements with a population of about 1,505 people.
ĐMKT1 plot is the land technical function (construction of the transformer station) does not identify the high density but is now adjusted to public land with the density of 40%.
However, as reflected by residents here, the adjustment of urban planning, many residents recently learned about the decision to adjust this plan.
