Regarding the appraisal of land price adjustment coefficients for calculating compensation, supporting resettlement when the State recovers land in the city, the People’s Committee of Ho Chi Minh City has asked the Department of Natural Resources and Environment, District People’s Committees shall immediately overcome shortcomings in the elaboration and evaluation of coefficients of land price adjustment; To urge and promptly handle individuals and units in the work of elaborating, evaluating and submitting for approval the land price adjustment coefficients for calculation of compensation, support and resettlement of projects, avoiding cases of doing it again, causing a lot of time.

Notably, HCM City People’s Committee has also approved land price adjustment coefficient in Au Co – Luy Ban Bich intersection project, Tan Thanh Ward, Tan Phu district.
Accordingly, the coefficient of adjustment of residential land price to calculate compensation, support Au Co street (house number 845A, Au Co street) is 4.71 and residential land to resettlement Son Ky ward is 3.6
In addition, Ho Chi Minh City People’s Committee also approved land price adjustment coefficient to calculate compensation and support of the project metro line 2 HCMC, Ben Thanh – Tham Luong line in district 3.
Specifically, the coefficient of land price adjustment in Cach Mang Thang Tam and Nguyen Phuc Nguyen street from 2,956 to 5,121, depending on the location.
For HCMC metro line No 2, Ben Thanh – Tham Luong line in District 1, the coefficient of land price adjustment to calculate the compensation, support at Cach Mang Thang Tam street from 2.822 to 4.078 depending The location and land of business is 3,314.
For the HCMC metro line No 2, Ben Thanh – Tham Luong line in Tan Phu district, the adjustment coefficient for residential land and land for production and trading throughout Truong Chinh street is 5.93.
