Last weekend, Hoang Anh Saigon Real Estate Company combined with Dinh Khiem Trading Co., Ltd held a roofing ceremony and opened Block B of Hiep Thanh Buildings for sale at 387A Le Van Khuong, Hiep Thanh Ward, District 12.

Hoang Anh Sai Gon is the exclusive distributor and Dinh Khiem Trading Co., Ltd is the investor of the project. This is a project designed with a very low construction density on a large scale of land, just over 33%. The project is officially open for sale when the investor has finished construction of the raw and is under completion, expected delivery of housing in the 4th quarter of 2017.

Hiep Thanh Buildings has the lowest price in the Western area during this period when the price is from 13.9 million/ sm for a two bedrooms apartment. In particular, customers only need to pay 25% of their houses, which is more than 200 million VND, while the rest is flexible support when MB supports borrowers with a loan of 70% up to 20 years, interest rates are very competitive. It is known that the project was built on a 16,119 square-meter area land, 14 floors with 512 apartments.
