In particular, the facilities and infrastructure of the Ciputra project have been introduced on websites, leaflets, advertising publications and other mass media.
Even investors of some real estate projects put false information on the websites as their projects are part of the Ciputra project.
“The conduct of false information is inaccurate in the product, misleading or confusing the consumer about the product and the manufacturer, provided that such products are considered to be unfair competitive practices, infringe upon the interests of Ciputra and its customers, are strictly prohibited by the laws of competition and advertising law.
The unauthorized use of Ciputra’s business symbols, trademarks, trade names and other intellectual property rights infringes Ciputra’s interests and infringes on the intellectual property laws” Ciputra said.
In addition, the owner of Ciputra said that all housing in the Ciputra project has been being developed, offered and distributed directly by Ciputra or agents, real estate trading floor is officially appointed by Ciputra.
Except for the designation of such real estate trading floors, there is no business or co-operative relationship between Ciputra and any other organization or individual involved in the development and CIPUTRA’s housing, infrastructure and utilities, and other projects.
Ciputra media said that in the former Ciputra urban area there were several land plots of Ciputra that the project has now transferred to other developers. However, when the developers build the project, they still get advertising on the media is the project of Ciputra. This is not correct.
For violating organizations and individuals, Ciputra’s representative requests the immediate termination of all such violations.
At the same time, this unit emphasizes, will not bear any responsibility arising from / or related to the behavior of the above organizations and individuals as well as the consequences of such acts. Include any damages to customers performing transactions with these individuals.
