New project – Fuji Residence (District 9, Ho Chi Minh City) has been signed by Nam Long Investment Joint Stock Co (NLG) in cooperation with two Japanese investors – Hankyu Realty and Nishi Nippon Railroad to develop.

Accordingly, Nam Long and two Japanese investors signed a contract of transfer of capital at ASPL-PLB-Nam Long (100% of Nam Long). Two Japanese investors will buy 50% of Nam Long’s stake in ASPL-PLB-NL and will share the cost of developing the project with Nam Long in the future.
