Clients waited for the electricity and water
Marina Complex Danang project is invested by Marina Danang Co. Ltd and it is partnered with Central Dat Xanh of Joint Stock Company. This project has the prime location situated near Han River, so it attracts the huge interest of investors.
According to the announcement of the investor, the project has an area of 11.7 hectares including housing component such as commercial houses, villas, hotels, Yacht Club… including 128 shophouses are opened in first sales and it will be handed over the customers on November of 2016.
However, Mr. L.V.V. (Quang Nam province) said that up to now, the investor and the sale unit has just delivered the civil work. According to him, he invested to buy two houses with the price of 250 000 USD/unit. In the contract, it will be handed in November of 2017 but it is still incomplete.
“I bought the apartment for investment and resale. In this time, many people need to buy the apartment, it has not been yet perfected, so it could not be sold. The contract wrote clearly the time of delivery, up to now it has not completed “, he said.
According to him, in addition to the incomplete house, the electricity and water have not been connected to the system. In particular, roads near the project have not been built as the initial commitment of the investor.
“This is a great project, which was ad noisily and reputation of two companies, so I am very confident. However, they lasted like this making our small investors lost confidence and damaged economic” he said.

Exchanging with us, the representative of Central Dat Xanh of the joint stock company said that Marina Complex project completed and handed over the apartment for clients, many clients settled and leased to have the revenue monthly.
The reflection of the customers about the slow delivery is not accurate. Accordingly, the terms of the contract are in November, December of 2016, the company will hand over the civil works. After 1 month of the delivery day of civil works, the company will hand over the gift pack which is the perfect facade.

Le Thi Han, the representative of media company department of the Dat Xanh Mien Trung Company (Central Green Land Company), also admitted that systems of electricity and water were not connected to customers. However, Ms. Han said this is the responsibility of the investor is the Ben Du Thuyen Company. The Dat Xanh Mien Trung Company will support as much as approving the application file for electricity and water supply for approval and construction.
“After the authorities have approved the design of electricity and water for the whole project, customers will be issued with electricity, water, water for customers. In September, when all the procedures completed, will provide electricity and water, “she said.
Ms. Han also said that the road system is responsible for the owner but did not give concrete time to complete the construction of this infrastructure.
