Topaz Home is built in an area of 14,770sqm, comprising eight 20-storey blocks with 1,172 apartments. Phase one consists of three blocks A1, B1, A4 with 450 apartments with an area of 43.5-69sqm.

Phase two consists of two blocks C1, C2 with the apartment area of 43.4-69 sqm. The remaining three blocks, investors have not disclosed information. Currently, blocks A1, B1, A4 are under construction on the second floor, blocks C1 and C2 are under construction on the first floor.
Expected, in the third quarter of 2018, Topaz Home apartment project will hand over. However, crane failure will make the progress of handing over the apartment slow.
