The formation and development of Housing Development and Trading Joint Stock Company (HDTC):

HDTC Housing Development and Trading Joint Stock Company was formerly known as “House Management Board” under the Department of Land and Public Works. On December 22, 1984, the Municipal Party Committee and People’s Committee of Ho Chi Minh City decided by the Decision No. 286 / QD-UB “City Housing Development Company”.

In 1997, Saigon Real Estate Corporation, Housing Development and Trading Company were moved from the Department of Real Estate to a member of Saigon Real Estate Corporation.

On December 2, 2005, the People’s Committee of Ho Chi Minh City issued Decision No. 6110 / QD-UBND transforming state-owned housing development and trading company into Housing Development and Trading Joint Stock Company 100% state owned.
